Annual Congregational Meeting – Sunday, January 25, 2026

 

We invite you to join us after worship on Sunday, January 25, 2026, for our Annual Congregational Meeting. This is an important gathering for fellowship, and the opportunity to engage in the business of our church community. There will NOT be a brunch so that we can close the meeting by noon

 

During the meeting, we will:

 

• Approve the minutes of the previous Annual Meeting

• Review the Annual Ministry Reports

• Review and approve the proposed 2026 Budget

• Elect new members to the Church Council with restored Constitutional Terms

• Elect a 2026 Nominating Committee

• Elect Representatives to the Annual Synod Assembly

 

All voting members are strongly encouraged to attend, as a quorum of at least 10% is required to conduct official votes. Non-members are warmly welcome to join us for the meeting, though they are not eligible to vote.
